Just got home from work not long ago, it’s been a long and dreary day, I can almost count how many set meals were ordered -.- I practically rotted because there’s hardly any customer, well at least I get my pay… it’s worth the ‘stoning’ lol. Xt and I have been eating supper for the past few days :D Since our work place is freaking near Mustafa we chose some random Indian Restaurant for supper. The food was delicious, consider it my first time eating Indian food at an Indian restaurant, it’s quite notable. Had Sakae Sushi with Deb yesterday as well but I didn’t order my favourite premium salmon sushi because we were too full… We also tried one of their new fried salmon which looks damn scrumptious on the menu but tasted like shitz… Sigh I want to watch dramas but I don’t have time these days ): Damn my legs are aching shall go to rest now byezpeople.

Sup humans. I’m happy right now because Xt and I found a job. On the other hand I’m freaking worn out because it has been long since I’ve last stood for 4 hours, serving and cleaning. Actually 4 hours is nothing compared to those working full time, I think I’m getting old and frail.

So here’s what happened… We initially wanted to look for jobs at United Square but ended up at Novena instead. Eventually we came across this cake shop and fortunately the manager was there. Xt asked if she’s hiring then we chatted for quite awhile before writing down our particulars. She is damn nice. She explained to us in detail roughly how work is like at the café outlet where we’ll be posted to.

The best thing was she asked if I could go down to the café for training before I went home so the both of us went down and learned whatever we can. Although I’m currently just a trainee at the café and I don’t know how long I can work there, I will give it a shot, work hard and try not to let this good opportunity go to waste. Lastly, thanks for the delicious strawberry mousse cake Xt! :D
